66: Mindfulness Meditation My Way
Mindfulness Meditation is the act of bringing your thoughts into the present moment, being in the 'now' and quieting those racing thoughts we all have running through our minds. I do my own type of Mindfulness Meditation by going out with my camera, recorder, and focus on searching for then finding subjects to occupy my mind at that moment, on that specific subject. Join me as I take you on a walk where I relax my mind and focus on the now.
