105: Disconnect To Connect
Disconnect to connect to the world around you is healthy when you are overloaded by social media. It's ok to unplug yourself from the constant flow of information overload. We talk about the good old days when we were unplugged always, and how we got lost in sports, music, hanging out with out friends, walking to the mall, or sitting in our rooms listening to 8-track stereos and looking at our Farrah Fawcett posters.
